A letter to all of our members:
Dear Soccer Parents,
We hope this letter finds you well. We would like to take a moment to address an important topic that significantly impacts the experience of our young athletes: Sideline behavior and the treatment of referees.
At Florida Elite Soccer Academy, we strive to create a positive and supportive environment for our players, coaches, and officials. It is crucial for parents to play an active role in fostering a culture of respect and fair play. We understand that emotions can run high during games, but it is vital to remember that our actions and words directly influence the atmosphere and the lessons our children learn from their soccer experience.
Here are a few guidelines and reminders to help promote better sideline behavior and demonstrate respect for the referees:
By adhering to these guidelines, we can create a more positive and enjoyable environment for everyone involved in youth soccer. Let us collectively support our children's passion, celebrate their achievements, and contribute to the development of their character and sportsmanship.
Thank you for your ongoing commitment to the well-being and growth of our young athletes. Together, we can make a significant impact on their soccer journey and help shape their futures both on and off the field.
Best regards,
Your Florida Elite Soccer Academy

These rules focus on age-appropriate game formats, field sizes, and guidelines that promote player development and sportsmanship. From our youngest players in small-sided games to older participants, we aim to foster a love for the game while teaching fundamental soccer skills. All games are officiated with safety in mind, and our coaches are held to high standards, including background checks and SafeSport compliance, to ensure the well-being of every player.
Our Competitive Youth Soccer Rules of Play, in conjunction with the Florida Club League (FCL), are structured to meet the highest standards of competition while prioritizing player development, safety, and sportsmanship. These rules align with FCL guidelines and cover game formats, match durations, roster sizes, and substitution policies tailored to each age group. The rules emphasize fair play and player welfare, ensuring that all participants compete in a structured and supportive environment.
